Gluten Free Vegan Dinner

 As a gluten free vegan, I cook very healthy meals. They are all gluten free, dairy free, yeast free, meat free, corn free and all of my meals are mainly plant based. This last week I made some steamed cauliflower, roots like ripe plantain bananas and yautia, breaded tofu & seasoned mushrooms pressed in my Cusinart Panini presser and served with lots of diced avocados...all drizzled with virgin olive oil.
